tonboTV is delivered through third-party platforms (Roku, Fire TV, Samsung TV Plus, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRL LLC's total liability to you is limited to $100.
