tonboTV is built for everyone. We design and program for WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across our web player and connected-TV apps, and we take accessibility complaints seriously.

1. Our commitment

Free Forever means free for everyone. We design tonboTV to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across play.tonbo.tv and our connected-TV apps, and we audit our experiences continuously.

2. Features available today

Closed captions on all original programming, where rights allow.
Keyboard navigation and visible focus states across the web player.
Screen-reader-friendly markup and ARIA on interactive controls.
Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on standard UI.
Captions and described-video toggles on CTV apps where the platform supports them.

3. Reporting an accessibility barrier

If you encounter a barrier using tonboTV, please email accessibility@tonbotv.com with:

The page URL or CTV app name.
The assistive technology you're using.
What you were trying to do, and what went wrong.

We respond within 5 business days and prioritize fixes by severity.

4. Ongoing work

Accessibility is a moving target. We retest after every major release and welcome feedback at any time.
