• Founder & CEO. Three decades across enterprise IT, AI, and digital transformation — Deloitte, Ernst & Young, federal mission-critical programs. Owns ordinary equity; no founder preferred stack.
• Head of Programming. Direct relationships with documentary filmmakers and creator economy talent across North America.
• Head of Distribution. Multi-platform CTV deal experience — Roku, Amazon, Samsung, Vizio, LG, Pluto, Plex, Xumo.

Board & advisors

The board is currently composed of the founder and an independent operating advisor. We expect to add one to two independent directors as institutional capital is welcomed.
